COVID-19 Important Shipping Information
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are experiencing an increased volume of online orders.
We thank you for your support as we are working hard to ensure that your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is open 24 hours a day, dispatching orders every business day, as we practice social distancing to ensure our staff are working safely and taking precautions.
With the increased volume of online orders in addition to new COVID-19 safety measures, shipments and deliveries may experience delays. Our delivery partner Australia Post is committed to delivering all orders safely in light of the numerous challenges presented by this pandemic, and as such have ceased all air freight shipments and begun transporting all interstate parcels via land to accommodate strict interstate border checks.
Tracking Your Parcel
Additional security checks are currently being imposed for all interstate parcels at Australian borders. As a result of this, updates to your parcel’s tracking information may take a little longer to come through. Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated.

Please note that due to increased number of orders during the COVID 19 disruption, orders will take more than one business day to dispatch. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

A confirmation email showing that we have received your order will automatically be sent to you once you have proceeded through to the end of the checkout. Once accepted your order will be dispatched by the next Business Day.
Timing of Delivery:
Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 days from the date your payment is received. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday excluding Public holidays in Victoria). Estimated times are to be used as a guide only depending on your location and the availability of stock. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note some items, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch. Your credit card will be refunded for items not available at time of dispatch. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact Customer Service.
Cancellation or change
Please note we only ship orders to Australian Postal addresses and post office boxes. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the Australian address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We dispatch all orders using the Australia Post eParcel service. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Order from your local Post Office. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery to you and fulfilment by us of our responsibility.
All purchases for delivery in Australia will be charged as follows: We offer free standard shipping for all orders of $99 (inclusive of GST) or more.
Orders under the value of $99 (inclusive of GST) will incur a flat rate of $9.99 for standard shipping.
Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we may not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after delivery to Australia Post.
Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be shown during the checkout.
