- ¼ good quality EV Olive oil
- 50g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 Garlic cloves (Diced)
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1/3 cup fresh flat-leaf Parsley (chopped)
- ½ Lemon (Juiced)
- Salt and Pepper
- ¼ cup of Parsley
- ¼ tsp Fresh Chilli (optional)
METHOD

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven To 200°C.
Step 2: Prep The Prawns
Place the peeled prawns (tails on) into a small frypan. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Step 3: Make The Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small frying pan over medium heat, combine the olive oil and butter until melted. Add diced garlic and sauté gently for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Add Flavour
Stir in the paprika, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and chilli (if using). Let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes to infuse the oil.
Step 4: Assemble
Pour the hot garlic butter sauce evenly over the prawns. Cover with a lid or foil.
Step 5: Bake
Place in the oven and cook for around 15 minutes, or until the prawns are just cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
Step 6: Serve
Remove from oven, sprinkle with extra fresh parsley and serve immediately with warm crusty bread rolls for dipping.
Make it a meal: Serve alongside a light green salad or grilled vegetables for a complete dish.
